If you do not agree to these terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver, you may not access or use the services. ## 2. Booking & Cancellations All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. * **Cancellations:** You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. * **No-Shows:** Failure to arrive for your scheduled booking will result in forfeiture of any payments made. ## 3. Participant Conduct All participants must adhere to our safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or acts in a manner that compromises the safety of themselves or others. ## 4. Liability Waiver All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in activities. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. ## 5. Intellectual Property The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the platform and its licensors. ## 6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our location is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
